I grew up as the kid who was always doing too much.
I was a Designated Hitter at the University of Arizona. The first Academic All-American the program had in nearly a decade, and a two-time first-team Pac-12 all-academic pick. In college, I hosted a radio show for eight seasons, ran audio on Pac-12 football broadcasts, and wrote about my own team from the inside. In 2020 I published a book for student-athletes and their parents, mostly because I had just lived every mistake in it.
Then I moved back to Phoenix, got married, and had a baby.
Nothing humbles an achiever like a toddler. The systems I had built my whole life around, the schedules and the discipline and the sheer force of will, did not survive contact with real motherhood. I had to build new ones. Smaller ones. Ones that hold up after a bad night of sleep.
That’s what I make content about now. Not the aspirational version. The one where the laundry is on the couch and the system still holds. I am not on the other side of this telling you how I fixed it. I am in it, testing things, and telling you honestly which ones worked.
What I'm actually trying to do.
I want moms in their twenties and thirties to stop feeling like they’re failing at a standard nobody actually meets. And I want the brands they trust to show up honestly in that conversation.
The way I build anything comes from two places. The athlete part, which taught me that consistency beats intensity every single time. And the Jewish part, which taught me that rest is not something you earn by finishing, and that the week is supposed to have a stopping point built into it. Those two ideas run through every system I make.
