I'm figuring it out too.
I played D1 softball at Arizona, wrote a book for student-athletes, and spent a few years in radio and sports production. Then I had a kid and learned that none of it prepared me for a Tuesday morning with a toddler and a full inbox.
Now I make content about the actual version of this, and I build the systems that keep me upright. Some of them work. Some of them I am still rebuilding. I show you both.
